Floor preparation

Before any resin was applied, the removal of all existing failed coating systems was carried out by Resin Floors Telford using our own in house preparation equipment providing the ideal substrate to receive our products. A full chemical degreasing also needed to take place.
The process

A range of various oil tolerant and standard primers were specified followed by Arturo's EP3900 High Build epoxy coating using contrasting colours to differentiate between roadways and work areas.
The final result

Finally bay markings T's were applied to specify separate work areas without enclosing the space.
Our most recent project involved us taking hold of the site before any other trades so we were able to carry out a full chemical degrease ensuring a safer, cleaner environment.
